Sharing Knowledge about Condominial Sewerage and Water Systems

The Condominial Approach: A condominium is a group of residents who agree to work together to bring services such as piped sanitation and water to their block. Like an apartment building, the block (condominium) requires only one connection point to the main water or sewer network. Within the block, residents work together with engineers, often using nonconventional layouts, to find the most affordable way to ensure that all block residents are connected.

Condominial systems can be much cheaper than conventional systems and they can serve unplanned urban neighborhoods which cannot be otherwise served.
